Warranty of Power Wheelchairs & Standing Wheelchairs:
The warranty will remain valid only if all payments related to the purchase of the product, parts, or services have been fully settled, with no pending or unpaid amounts.
Structure Frame (5 years)
We use only high-quality materials for the frame, ensuring durability and reliability, with welding and joints crafted with excellent workmanship. Many of our customers have been using our products for over 10 years with satisfaction. Should there be any issue with the frame, we will provide the necessary parts free of charge, while you will only need to cover the freight costs.
Motors, Controller Module, Charger (2 years)
We do not repair electronic parts; instead, we provide NEW replacement parts. During the warranty period, we will cover the shipping cost to deliver the replacement parts to your doorstep. (Please note that we may request the return of defective parts for study and improvement purposes.)
Battery (1year)
Unlike other companies that typically offer a maximum of 6 months warranty for their batteries, we provide a 1-year warranty. We use high-quality new Li-ion battery cells, designed for long-lasting performance, similar to an iPad battery. In fact, 95% of our customers have been using the original battery for more than 5 years, and some have even used the same battery packs for up to 8 years.
Wear & Tear Parts (None)
The Warranty of (Mobility Scooters series, Manual Wheelchairs series, Rehab Products series, Xsto & Whill Series):
One-year warranty for the whole product, excluding the wear & tear parts mentioned above.

WARRANTY Disclaimer
The warranty covers only non-deliberate and non-accidental damage. It does not cover damages caused by negligence, improper usage, including misuse due to limited understanding or skills, abuse, modifications, improper storage or handling, or normal wear and tear. Accidental or intentional damages are also excluded from warranty coverage. If you need to file a warranty claim, please ensure the issue falls within the warranty terms and provide detailed information, including photos or videos, to help us process your claim efficiently.
To Claim Warranty Parts:
If your product encounters an issue, don’t worry. Please provide us with photos and videos clearly showing the problem to help us assess the situation more quickly. Without these visual proofs, warranty parts may not be provided free of charge. We appreciate mutual understanding to ensure fairness for both parties.
Service & Maintenance:
Regular upkeep is essential to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your wheelchair. Even occasional cleaning can go a long way in keeping your wheelchair looking and functioning like new, and we highly recommend it. If you encounter any issues, the first step is to record a short video showing the problem. Then, contact us through our official website or email the customer service representative you’ve been communicating with. Our team will be happy to assist you promptly.
