All prices shown on our website are based on self-collection from our showroom. If you prefer delivery, we can arrange it via Lalamove, and the delivery fee will be borne by the customer.
If you cancel your order before delivery, we will refund your payment after deducting the applicable payment gateway fees:
Credit card payments: 3% will be deducted.
If the item has already been shipped, you will also need to cover the delivery and return shipping costs, in addition to the above charges.
If you wish to return the item within 3 days of receiving it, please contact our sales representative for assistance.
The product must be in like-new condition (no damage, scratches, dirt, or missing parts).
The original packaging must be retained and used for the return.
Returns must be sent back to our showroom at your own cost.
A 5% restocking fee will apply to cover handling and administrative costs.
Once we receive the item in good condition, we will process your refund.
